Default vector problems cs3 / artcut 2005

i have been reading on the forums all day about artcut 2005 and the probs and how people have got around and reading about how to vector a image etc etc. but i still cannont find a way around this problem.

i have a simple logo. (font and a little car)

which i cant open in artcut 2005.

i can open it in ai3 and turn it into a vector. then i save it as a .EPS file.

then import onto artcut2005

but when i do that it comes up MASSIVE, wont let me resize it. and has lines all over the place and also some of the font is rounded instead of straight.

i dont know what to do now its been doign my head in a couple of hours, which has mad eme come to make this post at 12.30 at night. when i wanted to sleep early. haha.

i have no idea what to do. i dont think i can even line up ai3 to my cutter (its a rabbit cutter) so im just baffed. any help out there please?

right now id even pay for someone to make it be able to open in art cut so i just can cut it!! (anyone willing, message me, i have £££££ ready haha)

ANY help right now would be great

Did you flatten the transparency, it might would help. Just a guess though. select all, object->flatten transparency, make sure the convert text to outlines box is checked then save it. See if that helps.
