Default Graphtec setup question

I can't output anything to my cutter.

I'm using ROBO Master-Pro because it came with my Graphtec ce5000-60. I installed the software and have the cutter set up properly. It's connected via USB, and the computer recognizes the hardware device when I plug it in.

But when I try to output a design to the plotter there is none found. It says 'Install Drivers'. I thought I did this when I installed the software from the cd?

Help please.

Default Re: Graphtec setup question

If you are using the disk to install the software, as soon as the software installs it will ask you if you want to install the driver. Make sure you click yes to this and install them.
