Default RolandGX24 with "Polyphan paper"

Hello,
i'm doing "Sand Painting", so i use a special paper called "Polyphan paper".(the paper on picture 3 and 4)
I would like to know if it can be cut with the Roland GX24 because there is lot of glue (enough to stik sand..).
I think it can, but it is safe for the cutter?
thanks

ps: sorry if my english is bad..

I am looking at my instruction manual and as long as it is not thicker 2.5mm and has a backing paper it should cut it.
