Default Opinions on this cutter - before i buy

Being a newbie and wanting to set something up on a budget, i have looked at a few cutters and found this...

NEW 2008 HI-QUALITY C24USB VINYL SIGN CUTTER - PLOTTER on eBay, also, Sign-Making, Printing Graphic Arts, Business, Office Industrial (end time 01-Jul-08 21:00:00 BST)

Just wanted a few opinions on it.

I will be using it for t-shirts, hoodies and vinyl decals.

Thanks in advance.

Looks like the PCut series made by Creation- similar box, similar carriage and blade holder. Decent machines for the money.

I got one too! And on eBay! Think I paid a few more quid though
What software are you going to run yours on? I've started out with Artcut 6, only because it was cheap and I wanted to get my head around the Foison cutter, I will upgrade the software when I find a decent reasonably priced option that is compatable with this cutter.
Early indications are that this is a decent machine for the price.

At the price you have paid, and I paid more, you will probably get NO software.
They will try and sell you their own software for about £50 as a download. I looked at it but I think there is better out there.
As I said above I bought Artcut 6 (off eBay) for about £15.00 just to get going, but being lazy by nature i'm still using my small Graphtec machine

Good luck with it and keep us posted on how you get along with it.

Inkspace is good for doing vectors but you will still need a cutting program
