Well, this is this my first post here after several weeks of lurking. This seems like a great forum and the information I've gathered already has been invaluable. Just wanted to say HI!

I've decided to purchase the Graphtec CE5000-60 for my startup, but now I have the decision of where to buy from. It seems I can get a Roland anywhere, but only a few carry Graphtec.

The cheapest prices I've seen are from US Cutter and Specialty Graphics ($1,295). This includes the machine, stand, and basic software. I want to buy from a trustworthy vendor that won't turn their back after they get my money. From your experience, how does the customer service/support compare? Are there any additional incentives such as a discount on supplies/vinyl if I go through them? Am I making a big deal out of this and both options are good?

I dont know about us cutter but with specialty graphics you can also use the coupon code in the preferred vendors view offers link, on the left hand side of this page, ang get an additional 5% off. I think they also have a deal where after you buy, you can get 10% off of supplies for 30 days after your purchase

US CUTTER will back up any of there cutters, when I got one of there cheaper unites it stop working and they sent new one. and up graded it for me when they did not have to. I will all ways buy from them when it comes to vinyl cutter
