Default Piecing together a vinyl graphic window

A customer is wanting a window dressed with vinyl. The graphic will need to be approximately 4'x4'. The problem that I have is that my vinyl cutter is MUCH smaller than this - it is a 24" cutter. So - is there a way in Corel Draw to create grids that will automatically seperate the graphic for cutting so that the vinyl window graphic can be pieced back together like a puzzle? The graphic is large - if this were simple wording it wouldn't be an issue, but it is a logo.........

Thanks for any suggestions.

Melanie

Melanie just draw it up in Corel and when you send it to whatever cutter software you use then use the "tile" feature within the cutter software. Now if you cut directly from corel then that's a different story, but I'd say you probably use a different program to cut from or a plugin directly from corel that opens up a different program.

OK, so what I hear you saying is don't try to do this in Corel, actually send the entire graphic into the cutter software and then find a "tile" function. I am using SignBlazer on a US Cutter - any idea where this "tile" function is??? The help function was disabled because I am on a Vista computer and it doesn't support the help function.........

Think I have found it.....Of course, they couldn't make it easy - it's not on the first screen menus, you actually have to send it to the cutter, then there is an "auto tile" option before you actually cut......Anyway - thanks so much for your help!!!!! This definitely solved this problem for me!

No problem. Actually that's where it is in most cutter software, if not all of them. Because you honestly don't use that feature very often.
