Default how do I remove thin white line?

I have a roland cutter and I use Inkjet opaque from coastal. When I cut my design, I can still see a thin white line from the transfer paper. Can someone tell me how to get rid of it? I'm also using corel x3.

Default Re: how do I remove thin white line?

Put a little bleed around the outside of the design so your cut line falls just inside. This way if there are any issues with the print/cut registration, you will be safe. This should take care of the white line. Understand, though, the thickness(edge) of the material is still be white.
