Default Darn Mail Man

I ordered some Vinyl sample sheets from HeatPressVinyl.com on friday and received my tube empty with no cap and no vinyl inside.

I wasn't pissed or anything like that in fact i started laughing thinking Wow how could we trust these mail carriers or the people working in the USPS office.

If anyone has encountered this problem how was it handled? im planning on going to there office tomorrow and chewing them out.

Im thinking it would be more heatpressvinyl.com's issue. The tubes should have been sealed better. Maybe they didnt have the proper end caps in the tubing. I suspect if you called heatpressvinyl and told them what happened, they would be interested in hearing about it. I know I wouldnt be happy if I sent something and the tube arrived empty.....I would assume I didnt seal it properly.

Hmmm. I did notice that 1 of the end caps was still there wrapped with tape on the end. I'll try calling them tommorrow as well to see what's going on.

Yes he is, also love his shipping super fast. BTW this is the 2nd time i order samples from him, the first time my vinly cutter screwed my samples up bad also while heat pressing to (Newbie Mistakes)so i couldn't test them. But if the product is good i will definetly make him my supplier.

Hi Ambitous,

I didn't personally seal up that tube ,but sometimes things go crazy, shipping is rough, our skrew up, who knows, but I will definately make it right as I said and ship more out to you Monday, no worries. If you have any problems pick up the phone and give me a call I will be glad to help you.
