I have a vinyl cutter and heat press and have someone wanting me to heat press numbers on the back of 15 Poly jerseys. Can anyone recommend a type of vinyl in gray and also a price to do the job per shirt. They also want a price to do a letter B probably 4-6" on the front.

On that kinda deal we would just price the vinyl by the inch including the time to weed and press. We use hotm0ark 70 from sign warehouse, it works well for us

Isn't there a more uniform price? I was thinking $2 or $3 per number cut and pressed. Is that too cheap?

I honestly don't know. try dafont.com or Free Fonts - Graffiti fonts - Cool Fonts - English fonts - Free font download and see. I don't know where I got it from. I've got over 85,000 fonts.

I don't use vinyl from coastal. I use the eco film from Imprintables. I like it very well and it looks great. I have also used Hotmark 70 on all types of garments with no issue. Hotmark allows one vinyl for all garments. I have washed shirts 30 + times and the vinyl still looks good. I have pressed on spandex,nylon,cotton and most other fabric types and never had a issue. .... JB
