Default Versaworks not working
Hi All
Was going totry my first job on the new versacamm but it keeps saying versaworks not working.
I have shut it down 3 times and restarted computer 2 times.
Any ideas.
Just got it last week, tried calling my tech but no return call

If I remember right the printer has to be on and connected to the system. How about switching the system off and the printer, then turn the printer on again first, then the computer. You could also check all cables between the two as well.
