Does anyone know how to increase the cutting pressure so the blade can cut a little deeper on a US Cutter LaserPoint 24? Looked in setup and found offset but no blade pressure.

You may also try going over to uscutter.com if you ever run into another problem with your cutter they have a thread specifically for the laserpoint.
Thanks Ambitious. I'm a forum member over there too. This forum is just a little more acitive sometimes. As the LP's grow in numbers, many more t-shirt forum members will use them. It's not a Roland, but for straight vinyl cutting, it gets the job done and at 75% off the Roland price. If you add in the opportunity to learn how to contour cut basic designs, then it's hard to beat. Thanks again.

I started with a less expensive cutter.I then upgraded to a Roland GX24. I will tell you it's way different the Roland is much quicker, quietr, and tracks much straighter. All that being said the cheaper cutters are still great and the money you save is nice too. ... JB
Once again JB your so right. I dream of the day when I can afford a Roland and hopefully by then will actually know what to do with it. My trainer unit can do alot more than I know how. No reason to buy a tractor just to plow a flower bed.

I totally agree with you COEDS i have a seikitech cutter and already had to take it a part..But the nice thing about this cutter was that it made me some money to upgrade to a Roland Gx24.
Im sure the LaserPoint, Copam, enduracut are great cutters too but i need something that can run nonstop 8 hours a day,I would really hate to tell a customer no i can't do your job because my cutter broke down that'll be so embarassing..
One of the biggest questions to answer before investing in equipment is what support is offered. It's not a bargain if you can't keep it running. Even if you pay a high price if you can't get help it's a problem. Some need more support some less. It's a huge balancing act between getting what you need and getting the best price. If price didn't matter I'd hire someone to do it for me. LOL
