most of our stuff we get from imprintables.com the other place to get specialty materials is richardson.com (Im assuming you are asking about t-shirt vinyl and not sign vinyl)
I myself use Transfer Papers and Sublimation Inks at Joto for my heat pressed vinyl and a local distributor for sign vinyl except for white and oracal 631 then I use sign warehouse.
I used to work down the street from Ordway Sign Supply and they have a huge selection of vinyl, supplies, software and cutters. They have specials and good deals on all the items they stock. I have bought a lot of vinyl from them.
Hey Roger, just cut and pressed my first piece of t-shirt vinyl and it was vinyl I got from you.
Whoo Hoo, thanks man I'm lovin' me some vinyl.
Hey Chet, The only thing better than pressing your first vinyl, is selling it and making a profit. In all seriousness it sounds like you got the bug. .... Good luck. .... JB
Now I need to know if some one has started VA, Vinyl Anonymous. Really fighting the urge to cut everything. Don't know if I can hold out. I mean, all that smooth beautiful vinyl just waiting to be loaded..... Did some one mention a bug going around?
I got vinyl from heat press vinyl, and coastal so far. At heat press vinyl Roger sells it by the foot as well, great for trying different types without having to buy a roll. Coastal gave me a $20 credit from the show in Fort Worth. Used it for vinyl. Great bunch of folks. There are also preferred vendors of the forum who offer discounts as well. Got some sign vinyl quite cheaply off ebay to practice with. Hope this helps Michael.
