Hello all, I'm new to this field, I bought a Master XY300P 28" and thought I would set it up and hook to laptop and off I would go making stuff, it came with sign n go pro software , I did what it told me to do but I can't seem to get the design to send over to the machine to cut. Im so frustrated I'm ready to sell it. any ideas or takers LOL whats wrong?
I would like to add if there is anyone in the Bakersfield, Lamont California areas that woulld be willing to come over and show me what I'm doing wrong and help me get started, I will trade use of my machine and my T- shirt press and maybe we can get something going here, I already have a couple small jobs waiting from friends, and a couple businesses that want to see what I can offer.

I know there are a couple of people here that have the master cutter.. so Im sure they will help when they get online..
I set up the c/p adjusted the cutter, installed the sign n go program on my laptop, hooked up the cable . made a design, told it to send to plotter/cutte and nothing happens, I checked all the connections and configs and still nothing. I am stumped.

so did u go into the cutter setup to check if the cutter was recognized on the correct usb port. also do u have a serial port on ur laptop.

u also need to check the cutter setting with ur comp settings. meaning go to cutter take offline or however u adjust ur settings and make sure ur baud rate and evrything match ur comp settings.
With our cutter , if the dongle key is not in the correct usb , every thing works fine till i send it to the cutter, then nothing till i wake up and change the usb port.
OHH BOY, those are all good questions and I guess I need to go back and look at it and see whats up. it's been a few months since I tried it. I got so frustrated. I was hoping to find someone in my area to help me figure it out I know only basics in puter language, just enough to be a hazard LOL
