hello my name is matt,
i was looking into screen printing to start my t shirt company, its proving to be quite expensive, so i started to look into vinyl heat transfer.
the images Im producing are very monochrome i.e made from 1 to 3 colours, blacks grey's red and lighter greys, made up by different layers.
they all carry a back print which is a text max 28 cm by 8 high.
what i need is a company that will cut the vinyls so i can stock them until needed then apply them myself to the t shirt.
things that also need an answer would be....
1 the thickness of the plastics (i want them very thin)
2 the cost ( to be low and in turn we do alot of business in the future)
3 and turn around quick
