Default having problem with copam overlapping cuts

Just got my copam cutter connected today and it is having a lot of overlaping cuts and incomplete cuts and they are out of register. Also the edges of the cuts are kinda rough. This happened on my design and the signblazer demo design. Anyone can help me?
