Default Craft robo & illustrator cs3 reg.marks

Hi everybody 1st time poster long time reader. I have purchased a craft robo cc200 and am using it with XP and illustrator cs3.
I have checked out some of the other threads on the registration marks topics i seem to have a unique problem.
while checking to see if that the optic reader is working to see why my cutter did not "see" the reg marks i noticed that my reg marks are backwards.
I feed the print which is affixed to the carrier sheet in with the 2 reg marks(left and right) 1st like stated but then i noticed that the reg mark (if facing the cutter) is on the right not left like illustrated.
I cant mirror them-tried. I also tried to print a rectangle box hoping that i could trick it but now it considers that art work and enlarged the reg marks. I am letting the cutting master app create the marks. The cutter works when there are no reg marks. Help im almost at the point to add number signs, stars, plus signs etc. to my post.
thanks Ray

Mirror your design (not the registration marks) in Illustrator and print normally. That's if you're printing inkjet transfrs for lights. If you're printing and cutting Opaque transfers or stickers, leave your design as normal and print as normal.

That should take care of it.

You are cutting from Illustrator, right? Or are you cutting from ROBO Master Pro?

yeah figured out the reg marks unfortunately the media that i m trying to cut (its seeded paper for growing flowers) appears to be too thick i believe its home made paper. tried cutting it full force, slower speed and multiple passes w/ no luck. I ll figure someway else to complete my project, if i dont get involved too much w/ my cutter.
On a different topic -this may be the wrong forum if it is im sorry. Can you use a vinyl heat transfer on rain coats, not the rubberized one I think they're poly or something? A buddy of mine asked to put his logo on one?
