Default Roland GX-24 communication problem
Hi. I just installed the Roland GX-24 yesterday and did a test cut on Cut-Studio. Today, I installed the free version of Cadworx Live that Imprintables offers with the sale of any of their machines, and now I can't seem to get the cutter to cut. The Roland is connected via a usb port and it says I have jobs to cut, but it just won't start cutting.

I'm at a complete loss and would appreciate any help from anyone who has experienced this. I'll have to call Imprintables in the morning and see if they can have a tech guy go through this with me if I can't figure it out. Very frustrating!!!
