Default Roland Cut Studio Error , Help
HELP, I KEEP GETTING THIS MESSAGE BELOW EVERY TIME I USE THE CUT SET- UP TO GET SETTINGS FROM PRINTER IN ROLAND CUT STUDIO SOFTWARE. I DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. PLEASE HELP.

I JUST COPIED AND PASTE THE ERROR.

You chose to end the nonresponsive program,
THEN THE DEATIL OF THE ERROR SAYS.....

CutStudio.exe.

Is this your first time using the software, or have you been suing it for a while, and all of a sudden this happened?

Have you tried re installing the software? You might want to also try Rolands forums and see if they can help - Roland User Forums - Forums.

Also what cutter do you have and what version of windows are you running?

I am using the Roland GX24, and running windows xp

You have been using cut studio for 2 years? And you just started with the roland gx 24? Check to make sure your drivers are updated. The version of cut studio may need to be updated.

No I never said I had just started using cut studio. I have been using both for the past two years and then all of a sudden... I have the most updated drives and software version. Been on the phone with Roland tech support most of the day, and ..... still doesn't work.:-(

If you are all the sudden getting appllication hangs, it's probably your computer, not the cut studio.

Just my thought.

run antivirus program and how often did you defragment your computer....hope this may help good luck.....
