With the large order of shirts taking over my small sweat shop, I can't seem to find my temp/time sheet for my Eco-Film PLUS.... Could someone share with me what the time/temps are for this vinyl for nylon?
The instructions I have from imprintableswarehouse.com say preheat at 320 for 4 seconds, apply
design for 15 seconds at 320 with a light pressure, peel hot.
Thanks for letting me know...I have some track jackets to do after I clear out this mess of shirts and don't want to mess them up..... I found the regular EcoFilm instructions and it said 302 degrees...but couldn't remember for the nylon vinyl what the temp was. And Jerry, I like to work hard...otherwise I get into too much trouble!! Margaret (Peggy) Cutting Edge
I would like to thank both of you gents again.....the track jackets turned out great and now that the large shirt order is done.....guess what I found????? Yep, the instructions for the EcoFilmPlus......hmmm...I think I need a bigger "sweat shop"....lol.

I keep them on my puter..
and last resort.. they have them on the web site.. lol. wink wink
I have all the times and temps printed out, laminated, and hung on the wall next to my press table ( my wife calls me anal ). I just like to know where to find info when I need it. ....JB
I just found this forum 3 weeks ago so I'm glad I could help in such a short time being here :-) Talk about getting knee deep in this stuff already... Just made an embroidered/twill/applique jacket for a team yesterday and they went nuts over it :-) Could never have done it without the vinyl cutter. We're going to be using either the Eco or plus on the back of about 200 jackets so I had just received the box with 5 yards of each from Josh when I saw your post.
