Hi, I've just got my nice new shiny Robo Pro and I installed it and everything yesterday, I checked it was working by cutting some stuff from RoboMaster 2 and it worked a charm.
So today I've decided to get on to the real stuff, using it with CorelDraw x3, BUT when i press the application launcher in Corel and pick cut/plot, cutting master 2 loads and I get an error "connection to cutting master 2 timeout. Try to connect again?"
I figured I could just cheat my way around this by simply hitting file>print in corel and selecting the graphtec but it seemed to use too much pressure for the vinyl and chewed it up!
Any help would be great, and also I wonder if any one could tell me how to actually print where i want, however much i fiddle with the landscape/portrait buttons to try and get it to cut the tip of the vinyl (i.e. the most efficient place to do it) it some how decides to do it else where!
Thankyou!! Mark.
p.s. please excuse the bizzare title, I dont know whats gone wrong there
