One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They are just experiencing growing pains is what keeps them from responding in a timely manner to some people. I really suggest going to Welcome to the Frontpage and joining their forum if you own or are thinking of getting one of their cutters. The resources over there are invalueble.
Glad to see your situation has worked out so far, mrdavid.
yes I am A member threre I was just letting every one here see what happin so when some one ask if there product is any good they can see what US CUTTER will do to back up there product thanks
Glad to here you received your upgraded unit, mrdavid. If you need assistance in learning how to use it, I would be happy to help.
CuttingEdge, is there anything we can do to resolve any issues you have had?
Ken, in this case it's all in the timing. Unfortunately the question you now ask would have been more effective quite some time ago, prior to me returning the Laserpoint I received defective; at a substantial monetary loss.
Perhaps had you been more punctual then in facilitating repair or replacement of this cutter. Perhaps had I not had my concerns about SignBlazer issues met with ridicule on your forum by you and SignBlazer, even with others expressing the same issues.
Naw...I'd say it's probably too late. Like I said it's all in the timing. So if you'd like, you can reply to this in an accomidating manner to give the impression that you're now more than willing to facilitate resolution. Heck if you word your response correctly you might even make me appear as being unreasonable.

I apologize for letting you down. Not sure of the exact circumstances, but there must have been some mis-communication somewhere down the line with regards to the chain of events.
