Default has anyone ever tried one of those less expensive cutters?

does anyone know if any of those less expensive cutters have a registration system? i seen josh's video on youtube, and was amazed at what you can do.im looking to cut dark heat transfers and of course vinyl.i really cant afford a gx-24 right now so im looking for a low cost one.one more question,do i need a special opaque heat transfer paper for the cutter?

You could look into the craft robo you just have to cut your vinyl down, I think the ce200-20 is around $300, this is a hobby cutter but will get you by,, for contour cut you put your transfer on a carrier sheet no special paper needed. Hope this help a bit.
