I have been looking online for a vinyl cutter a used one actually and I have found one but I am not sure of it being a good option for a begginer like myself. Soooo I am wondering if anyone here has used this model of cutter and how good is it or any thing you know that i shuold know about the item in question

It is a - STIKA 12" VINYL DECAL CUTTER

the person is asking for 250 or a possible laptop trade for it , is this item any good and would it be easy for a newb like myself to sue it . Can I connect a pc to it and jsut print watever I want to print out ?

Depending on what you want to do but I bought my Creation Pcut 630 which is a 24 inch for $300.00 total with shipping new.

Well I wanted to create custom t shirts for people and charge on them. would this type of cutter be the right option for what i have in mind to do as a business ?

It will cut the vinyl for t-shirts. I bought the easy weed vinyl for mine but haven't got around to using it yet. I do know the vinyl is good as I have a son-in law that uses it.

So with this cutter were discussing , if I had it and used it to apply lettering to shirts and all that how do i get them to stick to the shirt and all that would i need a heat press or something of that nature ?? If youve got any posts that give details as to how to get this done from start to end Id really appreciate it

Yes you will need a heat press. You set up what you want to cut in your cutting program, send it to the cutter and when it's done cutting you trim it close and weed it out.
