joto paper (multicut) calls it sky blue, beacon (thermoflex plus) calls it columbia blue - they're just about identical.

I think imprintables sells columbia blue, which looks like the same shade of blue as unc tarheels wears. I hope this helps. ........ JB

specialty graphics has that blue i don't know what it's called thought.
