I have Artcut as well and I have a yard stick that has inches and cm, so I just look at that and then convert cm to mm (X 10) You kinda get used to the conversion after a while, just remember 12 inches is basically 305mm

with a calculator at hand (in case you do not do long arithmatic) divide mm's by 25.4 to get inches.

From what I understand, ArtCut only does metric.

Believe it or not I find MM a lot easier to work with and you can create a lot more accurately instead of 1.375 for 1 3/8" it is 35MM

Ken is correct. You cannot set Artcut to cut in inches.
