ok i have to reproduce this design on a neon green t-shirt
i am lost as to the best way to go about it , and which vinyl would be the best to use
there are alot of colors here
and the black is what i am not sure about trying to do
please help thank you micki

-- Lay the full black square (diamond) 1st.
-- Then cut each color & weed out the areas/letters where you want the black to show thru.
-- Then lay each color.

This way you're only creating a 2-color layer in each location (red/black, yellow/black, white/black, blue/black). Try Imprintables Warehouse Eco-film. Here's a mock-up diagram . . .

My Bad -- it'll be a 3-color when you layer the white "W" on top of the blue/black.
