Unhappy problem w/cutting

Hello. We have a Graphtec CE 5000-60 plotter cutter and love it dearly. Today we encountered a problem when trying to cut out a design. For some reason, the blade is cutting correctly on the left side of the vinyl but not cutting at all into the rt side. We are new at this but have used it on several occasions and have never encountered this kind of problem. It's like it's unlevel or something. Can anyone please help?? Thank you!!

I don't own the Graphtec plotter/cutter, but I had a simular problem with my cutter and they suggested that I clean the blade holder with alcohol, that the reason for not cutting on one side was due to the blade not turning freely. I cleaned it and it worked. Apparently cutting small letters and details cause the vinyl adhesive to build up inside the blade holder.

ours is older but we had to replace the spring on ours as it was old.. (my graphtec is like 10 years old and cuts 100 plus yards of vinyl a week.)..
The spring is in the blade holder with the blade..

Thanks so much for replying. My husband actually took the thing apart & realized that some kind of screw thingy wasn't tightened correctly. He pranked around with it half a day & then decided to get out the user's manual. In no time he had it figured out. It works great now. It actually works better than it did. Thanks again for your responses!!
