Question How do i do this on CutStudio or Vinyl Tranxer

How do i do this with Vinyl Transfer or Cutstudio?

with the outline letter in white and the inside in black?

i know this was done in screen printing but how would you do something like this on a Vinyl Cutter?

does it require 2 vinyls?

If the inside color of the lettering is the same color as the shirt, then you need only one color (white) and remove the inside (black) lettering. In other words, you cut hollow letters.

If the shirt is any color but that of the inside colors of the lettering, then you will need two colors, layered one on top of the other.

Convert the outline to an object (I'm assuming you're using CorelDraw.) Don't fill it and cut it out of white vinyl...easy, breezy.

I'm not sure if Cutstudio can do the function that you need. I usually do that in Illustrator (Or Corel). As mentioned above, I would set the type. Then convert to outline (or curves), put a thickness on the line and then convert that to a shape. In Illustrator it's called "Outline Stroke"

dAi,
The function that can do that is called "offset" and it's in the Object menu.

Hope this helps,
-Dana

You can achieve that with cutstudio. Cut out your first cutline which will be the smaller color. You will then need to select the image, click on object, selcet offset. Then you will be able to create an exact copy of the cut line but at a larger scale. When you send that to the cutter it will transfer as the "outline" color.

Thanks guys! I'm only using CutStudio so I'm assuming I can do this only with Cutstudio and outline as object but i keep getting this message error..

Start with a small offset, like .01, and that should fix the problem.
