Default roland print and cut - registration marks are in reverse

Let me know if this is right!! I'm trying to print and cut with my roland, but when I print, the registration marks are in reverse. I thought I was suppose to mirror my designs and then cut them! I'm using jpss , Can I use this paper with the print side up?? I thought I was suppose to press with the print side down (right)!

Red face Re: roland print and cut - registration marks are in reverse

Can anyone help!!!

Why are my registration marks on the wrong side of the paper? When I mirror my image, the registration marks do the same thing! Instead of the top left registration mark, it's on the right side!! How do I fix this problem? I'm trying to cut using jet pro sof-strecth. Does anyone know the settings for cutting this paper?

Pete,

Are you using your printer dialog box to mirror your image? If so, try using your design or cutting software instead to mirror the image prior to sending it to print.

If you are using CutStudio, select the objects to be mirrored. Then, from the menu, select "Object | Mirror".

I hope this helps.

Petr...when I answered your email, I was probably thinking crooked!...the paper you are using is meant to be mirror image to press?? I have never used Jet Pro... but if so...why not mirror your image before importing in cut studio? then your print and cut would put the registration marks correctly..just dont mirrror in cut studio

I have not used Jet Pro to contour cut...but wouldn't you have to also have a carrier sheet?
