Default Vinyl heat applied film thickness question

Hi,

Is that true the best quality vinyl film are thinner than cheaper one ?

I have been told the thinner the film the better the quality, as there will have less constraint on it, and it will not tend to crack/break compare to a thicker film.

Thks

Better is a relative word when referring to garment material. The better materail to use when Im doing MX jerseys is much thicker. If youre looking for soft handing then yes most of the thinner materials are.

Thickness has nothing to do with quality, different films for different applications will vary and also the material the vinyl film is made of will determine the thickness.

I agree with Roger about thickness and quality are not connected. I like to use HOTMARK 70, I have great luck with this product. ....... JB

I expect to use hotmark 70, is it good for both fashion tees and jersey numbering ?
