Which method is better to use on dark t-shirts....vinyl or plasticol?

Depends on the look you want and how many your doing.

I don't mess with vinyl over 35-40 shirts due to the weeding. etc. I have used plastisol transfers from Ace with good results on dark. But for short runs to keep costs down I use vinyl. Both work well.
