Default Specialty Graphics vs. Imprintables Warehouse

Morning all...

After doing a lot of reading here and also throughout the web......I have finally decided on a Roland GX24....

Now.....the price at Specialty Graphics is very enticing....especially with free shipping and the extra 5 percent off.......

I have read that Josh at Imprintables Warehouse is the greatest.....but their pricing is a little higher......

Does Specialty Graphiics have any decent customer service? Or do they just entice you with the pricing and drop you?

Do I order from Specialty Graphics or call Josh and see about a price match? Do they do this?

Margaret

I'm not sure of the others, but I think Imprintables has a loner policy. I know that can make a difference if you have issues in the middle of a job. I also like the way that Josh is always answering questions on the forums too. I have met josh and some others at a show and they are great people. All that being said, i value Lou opinion and would check out Coastel. ..... Good luck... JB

You are making a good decision i purchased my gx-24 from josh and was happy with the service and support that they offer, you will not be disapointed. you might want to ask about the gx's that they use at the trade shows they sell those at a cheaper price and it comes with everything the new one has and it has the same warranty great deal, if he has any.

I bought my GX-24 at Coastal business.
I am not disappointed at all. Free shipping, discount to the forums members, very nice sales reps. To the ones that (like myself) like to speak in their language (spanish) when available, ask for Amelia.
All in all a smooth experience.
