Ok, I have artcut software(it's crap, i know) but i only use it to cut my images. I use illustrator cs2 to edit my files. The problem I have it when I import the .eps into the cutter, it just shows random lines and curves. When I download a logo from brandsoftheworld.com, I am able to open it no problem. I tried to save my files as an earlier version of illustrator, but it doesn't help. I work on my illustrator files on a mac, and have the cutter hooked up to a pc, does this matter? HELP PLEASE!!!
...what we did at the begining(it eas very frustrating, never managed to hook up the usb cnnection) was install the cutter as a printer, and now we only have to hit print-select the cutter from the list of printers - and that's it.
i don't know anything about illustrator, does't it have an option like this? i suppose it does...but i have no ideea about the rest
