I have Vinyls cutter and have just bought some silver chrome and gold chrome.

For some reason i am having difficulties getting the plotter to cut out the images and words the vinyl seems to thick and it doesnt cut through enough? Why is this can someone help?

Use more pressure.

Try adjusting your downforce pressure. There is usually a setting on the control panel of the cutter that will allow you adjust it. Call the company that sold you the vinyl and ask them what the downforce should be. You might have to adjust this depending on if your blade is installed properly and how worn out it is.
