I've got the 24" and I've been happy with it. All the Chinese cutters take a bit of work to get setup (computer wise) so get a USB to serial converter and save your self a lot of hassle. It's a cheap cutter but great for figuring stuff out. If I did this for a living, I might buy a nicer cutter, but mine does everything I want to do.
