My friend has a vinyl printer for his graphics business and i was wondering if i could use his vinyl printer to print my designs onto my transfers? Is that possible to do. I want to do huge designs. Designs that cover the whole t-shirt and i dont know of any other printer i could use to get my designs onto a big frame. I have heard of a belt printer, but i dont have the $$$$ for that....very expensive for just starting. Any info would be great. Thanks

You would need to check with the manufacturer of the printer to see if their ink will print on the material you want to use. Each printer is a bit different and depending on the thickness of the material it may or may not work.

Most printers like the Roland VersaCamm have materials designed for pressing onto shirts and you can print directly on them then press, but I am not sure they will be able to print the screen for you.
