Angry Plotter is cuttung into image.

What am I'm doing wrong. The cuts are in my image. The best way to describe it would be, that the cut is offset from the image. I can't figure out how to troubleshoot this problem. I've gone over the user's manual half a doz times. Followed Josh's video step by step. Now I'm reading the Operations Manual. The only thing I've notice is that it reads crop marks #1&2 no problem but#3 it has to search for however, as soon as it located the cutting begins. Do I need to move the #3 mark and if so how I calculate where to move it.

Renee,
Make sure you have the latest CutStudio. The latest version is 1.28. You can find out by going to Help/About.
After that, make sure that your print area and cut area are identical. Then go to File/Printing Setup, click on "Fit to Shared Area." That will line up your crop marks correctly for your work area and that offset should go away. You can always contact tech support as well, just have the serial number of your machine with you. 888 273-8895

Hope this helps,
-Dana
