Make sure you have the latest CutStudio. The latest version is 1.28. You can find out by going to Help/About.
After that, make sure that your print area and cut area are identical. Then go to File/Printing Setup, click on "Fit to Shared Area." That will line up your crop marks correctly for your work area and that offset should go away. You can always contact tech support as well, just have the serial number of your machine with you. 888 273-8895
