Default Vinyl for Baseball Caps

What is the best vinyl material to use for baseball cap designs and what is the proper blade type and setting?

I have a Roland GX24 and a hat press.

Hi, you can use most any vinyl and your choices would depend on what look you want, for cutting glitter I would use a 60 degree blade.Picture 001.jpg

I agree with everyone else, you can use the same vinyl as you do for shirts, just check the type of hat and use the appropriate vinyl, flock or twill you want. The blade to use depends on the material type.

I typically use a 60 degree for evrything and just adjust the pressure and depth as needed.
