We do pre-press probably a little longer than most people. Well, I do, at least. But I think the problem might be that we're letting our shirts cool before we actually press. Not necessarily deliberately, but sometimes, if we're not in a hurry, we take our time.

We're not exactly high-production yet.
I didn't really think that it might be the shirts. Yes, we're using 100% cotton, but the way the ThermoFlex shrinks side-to-side, I thought that it was shrinking the only way it could because of the ribs on the shirts.
The only other problem is that we can't peel the black that we have hot. It comes up with its backer.

We have that problem with a couple of colors of ThermoFlex Plus.
I'll try your brushing method and see if that helps at all.
