Hi All...
Has anyone tried cutting the Thermoflex Sport? I realize all cutter are different, but what force are you cutting at? Do you need to adjust the depth of your blade to cut the sport vs. the plus? Do you cut with 45º or 60º blade? All responses are appreciated.

I use 45 degree blades, but have to set my downforce to about 5-10% more than when cutting plus. The Sport is extra thick, so definitely increase your downforce/depth. My cutter (Pcut from USCutter) works fine when downforce is set to 116. For Plus, I set it at 110. For sticker vinyl, 105.

Try cutting a small square while increasing your pressure/depth a little a time until you get the result you need.
