Hi i know im probably being stupid here but im new to all this and wondered if you can help.

What would be the difference between the two of these?

I know one if for cutting out the flexi and the other for cutting out printed designs but does that mean that the Ultragraphics machine would not be able to cut out single layered flexi designs as well?

Its just sales talk from the company. All he,s saying is that the roland cuts vinyl and on the second link that it can contour cut on any design that you might print on the transfer paper.
