Default Lined Nylon Jackets

Was hoping that someone out there might have some advice for me. Have just received a job request to put a tennis team logo on fleece lined nylon jackets. would be a two color job, only ten pieces, so vinyl seems like the right way to go. I haven't ever applied vinyl to material of this type, was wondering if anyone has any advice, suggestions, and pitfalls to avoid. Am looking for a recommendation of a heat-applied material to use, and any application advice anyone is willing to offer.

thanks in advance!!

Dan

Time and temps should be to vinyl manufacturers specs, make sure to use a t pad it to raise image and teflon sheet to protect your product, be careful though not all vinyl film will do nylon, all should be fine.

Go to Stahls.com...click on CAD Cut ID...click on CAD Cut Material. At the bottom of the description for each material, there is a listing of which fabrics the given material will work on. I think Gorilla Grip II is the kind of vinyl you're looking for.

I have not done nylon jackets yet but, I have used other Stahls vinyls -- they provide good instructions for temp, pressure, etc., and you can find the Tech Sheets by clicking on Technical Support if you want to check that out before you order.

Can you suggest a specific alternative to gorilla grip for me? I'd like to test it out. Thanks.
