Default Help w/new Roland GX-24 cutter

Hello, I received my new Roland cutter and set it up today, loaded the paper, installed the driver, and installed CutStudio. Everything went perfectly with no problems.

Did my test cut using the "test" button and it cut perfectly right off the bat, which was very exciting for me.

Now I've been trying to send a simple square that I created in CutStudio to the cutter and I receive an error on the Roland LCD screen saying "Mark One not found" and nothing else happens. What could I be doing wrong? I think I'm following the instructions perfectly but obviously I'm missing something important.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

JoJo

I believe you are using the print & cut function. Go the the File Menu in CutStudio and uncheck the print & cut function, then try to cut. Hope this helps

THANK YOU so very much! I feel silly that I didn't figure that out. It cut perfectly after unchecking that.
