Default vinyl business

Who offers the best start up kits for the money. I will need the cutter/plotter and supplies needed to get started. I want to do both transfer vinyl and decal/sticker vinyl. I have been searching for details on this and I hope some of you already know the best bargain.

I think SOBER's right! That's where I got my stuff about 6 years ago and I am just now replacng the blade. Mine is also a Lynx 24 and I have no problems with it and you can get cutters/plotters pretty darn cheap nw. So give them a try and see what you come up with.
