When I got my Roland GX24 it came with manual, cd with cutstudio and windows driver and power cable. If yours is new, you were short changed..see your vendor. You might be able to down load the manual from roland site
Thank you. I will give them a call. The on-line video that I watched for set up, kept saying refer to your manual. (What manual?) So far I'm not real impressed with Imprintables.
the problem may not be imprintable. was the box a factory sealed unit? if so it could be that Roland goofed...In any case call Josh at Imprintables. He is on this forum a lot and will help resolve this I am sure.
Thanks. It was still factory sealed. I had a problem getting it in the first place so they probably unloaded the truck and loaded it on another to get it shipped out. Thanks for your input.
