Are there any companys out there that offer such products for both tshirts and windows? any information would be greatly appriciated.

you should contact Shop for Screen printing supplies & equipment,embroidery supplies,Digital printers,Digital Cutters,Garment printers, media and more!. They will be able to supply you with the answer you need. They are a very nice group of peopl to deal with.
