Default roland cut studio software

Iam having problems with my cut studio software. how do you change the setting to move the blue & red arrows back down to the lower left corner. currently there at the top left corner..

monstershirts,
check your print settings and cut settings. It sounds like there's a problem with your cutter driver. Our tech support department can help you walk through the problem. I would advise you try re-installing your cutter driver, before calling just in case that's a quick fix.

I'm not at my computer that has CutStudio on it right now, but how about the orientation of the page, did you try changing that?

did you ever get an answer to those 2 questions? Im having the same trouble.

The only difference is that I have my cutter at my business and also do some work from home. So I installed the softrware at home and have the print and cut missing and the placement at the top of the page.
