Looking for some expert opinions as to why the vinyl is coming off of these practice jerseys.
I have continued to peel off as much as possible, however once I got to the bottom it is impossible to remove.
I have a theory as to why, just looking for some input.

It may be the type of vinyl used does not work or is not recommended for the garment. I have experienced some materials that do not work well with standard vinyl, so you have to use the type like Gorilla grip (from Stahls) or Sports Grip from Twill USA that is designed for Nylon.

Check with you manufacturer to ensure that the material and vinyl are compatible.

try pre-heating the garment.
wipe with towel or something and then peel... wait till it is a little cool.
