Default $1.000 to spend on a vinyl cutter.

so... I have $1.000 to spend on a vinyl set-up... which cutter would you recommend? what other tools do I need? I'm looking to print large designs with 3-4 colors. any advice would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Check out the COPAM 2500 it runs about $600. Your going to overlaying 3 to 4 colors of vinyl? that is going to be really thick. What vinyl are you going to use? You are taliking tees right?

OH, wasn't sure. You just want to get fancy with foil. There are some really nice designs out there doing that. Lot of work though. When i get my new cutter I want to experiment a little with that also. By the way check out Hot fix fims. There are in pasadena. Ask for some of their foil samples.

Because of the weeding. If you do any volume at all it takes time. You need to be sure to build that time in price. If were to do 20 shirts in plastisol it would probably take you an hour to press. if you did the same in vinyl it would take you time to cut. Time to weed and then time to press. Lou
