Copam CP-2500 24"

I am looking for a cutter that not only cuts rolls of vinyl but i would also like to be able to print out lets say a design on an 8.5/11 sheet of paper with registration marks on it and then load that page into the cutter have the cutter identify the registration marks and cut upon the selected lines. Can this cutter do this?

If it haas a optical eye the answer would be yes..... JB

It has an optical eye but it does not read registration marks, it only reads vinyl width.
